Rebecca Loos, Louie Spence and Conor Benn are among the 14 celebrities taking on the most challenging selection course in the world. This series comes from Wales, the birthplace of the Special Forces. For their first task, the celebs must plunge into the freezing sea, swim to a rendezvous point and attempt to jump onto a moving speedboat.

2. Pressure

The recruits go head-to-head in a terrifying hang-tough task 160 feet above a quarry - testing mental and physical strength. Then they take on a car ambush task where they must drive into a simulated war zone, pick up an ally, and vacate hostile territory into a safe zone, intact.

3. Panic

Aired: 8/10/2025

The recruits get a rude awakening with some lessons in staying calm, tackling an emergency drill in a sinking boat before going head-to-head in combat with their fellow celebs.

4. Trust

Aired: 8/11/2025

The celebrity recruits undertake an insertion task, where they must jump from a moving boat onto a passing helicopter, before climbing up into the cabin.

5. Focus

Aired: 8/17/2025

A terrifying drop for the celebs. Plus death letters home and a fight with the ‘redman’.

6. Camaraderie

Aired: 8/18/2025

Forced into a gassing task, the recruits need all their solidarity for a hostage rescue. Camaraderie is also vital as they climb multiple rock faces on an ammo supply mission.

7. Survival

Aired: 8/24/2025

It’s all about survival as the celebs do circuits and an escape-and-evasion exercise.

8. Interrogation

The last celebs are handed over for interrogation. Do any of them make it through?
