The first in a series of behind the scenes episodes exploring the BBC's latest sci-fi hit, Torchwood. Actor John Barrowman talks about being cast as Torchwood's leader Captain Jack Harkness. There is backstage footage, interviews with cast members and an in depth look into the creatures known as Weevils.

2. Bad Day at the Office

This new series goes exclusively behind the scenes of Torchwood, the latest creation from Russell T Davies. Eve Myles plays Gwen Cooper, the clever Cardiff cop who has found herself drawn into the fantastical world of Torchwood. Eve Myles and Executive Producers Russell T Davies and Julie Gardner consider the importance of Gwen's role within the Torchwood team. Plus, Edward Thomas, the designer of the magnificent "hub" setting, gives a guided tour around the film studio.

3. Living History

Burn Gorman plays Owen Harper, the series bad boy who witnesses a moment from history that he simply can't let go. Burn talks through what it's like to play Owen, how he handled this difficult storyline and what we can expect to see from Owen throughout the series. Executive Producers Russell T Davies and Julie Gardner also talk about how the storyline of episode three shows Owen in a new light.On set, Director Colin Teague and the cast talk through one of this episode's many action sequences. Plus, the writer and Producers talk about the importance of Cardiff as the location for this exciting drama series.

4. Girl Trouble

Actor Gareth David-Lloyd plays Ianto Jones, the mysterious one in Torchwood. Considering his inconspicuous role, this latest episode is a somewhat surprising turn of events for the unassuming Ianto. Cast and crew look at the downtrodden Torchwood team member and assess his betrayal. Backstage, cameras follow the filming of the attack from the cyberwoman. On set Caroline Chikezie, playing semi-converted Lisa, talks about this scene and the complex green screen elements and CGI which combine to create the pterodactyl attack. 5. Away with the Fairies
