On café’s menu this week; Sienna Miller cooks a rich Tuscan duck ragu with pici pasta; Jamie goes for the wow factor with his whole sea bass baked in salt; Jimmy builds a Cajun microwave to create an alternative to the hog roast which delivers the ultimate crackling; and the boys discover a delicious Lancastrian biscuit that had pride of place at the heart of an ancient feast.
