Following the corruption scandal, the Spaccanapoli police station is under attack. A new leader, Deputy Commissioner Lopez, arrives, determined to restore order and cohesion to a wounded and disheartened team. Lucia Profeta is in a coma after an ambush, and her brother, the crime boss Profeta, threatens Inspector Sorrentino. The Falcons, led by Lopez, manage to identify and arrest one of the killers involved in the attack.

2. Try To Obey / He Wins This Hand

Inspector Vitale is going through a difficult time following the arrest of his colleague Sorrentino and receives a transfer request, which Deputy Commissioner Lopez opposes. Meanwhile, two officers, Coppola and Marciano, are taken hostage by a man they were supposed to question regarding a complaint: Lopez and his team desperately try to save them. Meanwhile, Vicky and Francesco investigate a child who threatened an entertainer with a gun, revealing that he saw a man hiding weapons in his home. The Spaccanapoli officers discover that the explosion at the Profeta house was the work of Luciano Babà, who has defected to a new boss, 'o Cafone. Lucia wants revenge and asks Coppola to hand him over to her. Meanwhile, the detective investigates an abandoned newborn baby and a failed robbery. Federico, convinced of his brother Gabriele's involvement with the clan, decides to leave.

Lucia Profeta agrees to meet 'o Cafone, the new boss holding the neighborhood in check. Lenzi and Silla shadow her, hoping to identify and frame the mysterious Camorrista: a dangerous meeting that could finally reveal the face of the enemy behind the new wave of violence. The Spaccanapoli team intensifies their hunt for 'o Cafone: Vitale tracks down Lucia Profeta and, with determination, manages to obtain from her the real name of the mysterious boss spreading terror in the neighborhood. A decisive step toward his identification and arrest.

4. I Just Want Revenge / Inside or Outside

After the death of their colleague Lenzi, the Spaccanapoli agents search for the culprit. Sciacca and Battiston investigate the boss 'o Cafone, while new agent Lele Savarese is immediately put to the test. Vitale, distraught with grief, contemplates revenge, but Lopez tries to stop him. Lopez suggests to Vitale that they use Lucia Profeta to frame 'o Cafone. Lucia accepts, in exchange for the arrest of her escaped brother, Luigi. Meanwhile, a man is found dead at a gas station: the investigation reveals a murder committed by young men out of boredom. Alessia Marciano believes her husband has changed for the better, but she is unaware of an uncomfortable truth.

5. Even the Generals Die / The New King

In Spaccanapoli, the officers try to uncover the identity of Cafone. Lucia Profeta, now an ally of the boss, refuses to cooperate. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a case linked to the world of pornography, with unexpected twists. Meanwhile, Ciccone organizes a party, unsure whether to invite Dr. Ferrante, suspected of having an affair with Lopez. Five members of a Calabrian clan are found dead in a container from Colombia: the officers search for a missing undercover colleague. Sciacca testifies against a showgirl accused of hitting a young man with her car, but discovers that the only witness was bribed. Meanwhile, Silla, scarred by Lenzi's death, shows signs of weakening.

6. I Don't Trust Anymore / I'll Stop Here

After a shootout resulting in a fatality, Vitale and the Falchis hunt for the culprit, but tensions grow within the group between Lele and Silla. Meanwhile, Coppola and Marciano investigate the kidnapping of a girl from a foster home, aided by Teresa, a friend of Federico's. Walter reunites with his daughter Fabiana and tries to mend their relationship. At the police station, an internal investigation into Silla for the death of an innocent man is opened, while the team supports him. Meanwhile, the garbage crisis, linked to the Profeta clan, is being investigated, while Battiston and Sciacca investigate a pedophilia case. A new member joins the Spaccanapoli police team: Bianca Savarese, Lele's sister.

7. Against the Higher Levels / The Crux of the Matter

Police officers investigate a politician with ties to Cafone and involved in illegal waste disposal. Meanwhile, Kamila, a former police officer, is attacked. A Neapolitan singer is killed at a wedding, and the investigation intersects with a previous case involving a TV showgirl. The commissioner orders Lopez to abandon the Cafone investigation, but he continues secretly, assigning the Falchis a case related to a terrorist robbery. Bianca, a new officer, asks to stay, but she's hiding a dark secret. Sciacca investigates the death of the showgirl, who had tried to contact him before her death.

8. Our Vote / He's Back

Vitale investigates the ties between a politician and 'O Cafone', while Lopez secretly continues his investigation, spied on by Bianca, who is being blackmailed by a secret service agent. Sciacca and Battiston expose a fraudulent medium, while Ciccone reunites with Soni, the housekeeper who reported him for harassment. The death of a former colleague prompts Lopez to reveal to Vitale that Facchini protected 'O Cafone in the past; the two join forces to frame the boss, but Vitale must deal with his sister's disappearance and his father's return. Meanwhile, Battiston investigates Marciano's new suitor, uncovering a scam against him.

9. Double-Crossing / Let's Make It Look Like an Accident

Lopez reveals to the team the connection between Facchini and Cafone. When Bianca confesses to passing information to Facchini to protect her son, despite her disappointment, the group unites to frame those responsible. Meanwhile, Sciacca and Battiston investigate the murder of a jeweler with a complicated romantic past. Thanks to a microcamera, Lopez discovers that Facchini is tracking Cafone. The Falchis arrive at his house without recognizing him and take him to the police station, believing him to be a victim. Meanwhile, Lucia Profeta threatens Gabriele Coppola's pregnant girlfriend, convincing her to have an abortion. Bruno Coppola decides to intervene, unaware of the danger.

10. You Have To Protect Me / Let's Start from the Beginning

The Cafone is at the police station, but no one knows his true identity yet. The Hawks search his home and discover a missing computer. Coppola is devastated by his father's death and holds his brother Gabriele responsible, who is also devastated by the loss of his fiancée. Sciacca and Battiston investigate and find a medical record that could clarify everything. The Cafone escapes, kills his former right-hand man, and turns to Gerry Colella. Lopez shares all the material on him and Facchini with the team to find a connection. Meanwhile, Anna Savarese is accused of murder during a dinner party, but the truth is shocking. Alessia copes with her husband's return, while Ciccone prepares for a new personal experience.

11. All the Way / Different Endings

Facchini kidnaps Bianca and her son as revenge, but Lopez reacts quickly. Federico discovers that Gabriele plans to kill Lucia Profeta and, with Vitale, tries to convince him to collaborate in framing her. Meanwhile, Alessia, in order to adopt Giuliano, asks her husband to pretend to be part of a united family, but the request deeply hurts Walter. After a lengthy investigation, Facchini is forced to confess his ties to Cafone and attempts to kill him to avoid scandal. Lucia Profeta reveals that the boss's new ally is Gerry Colella. Having discovered Cafone's escape plan, the team rushes to the airport to stop him before he leaves Naples.
