Andrew and Julie loved their house from the moment they saw it being built. Now that they have three kids, their family has outgrown the space. Realtor David and Designer Hilary are ready to help. David will look for houses to fit their family and Hilary will renovate their home to convince them to love it again. In the end, Andrew and Julie will have to choose what to do with their house - Love It Or List It?

2. Basement Master

Eric and Kim tried to make their house function for their family, but after renovation costs soared, they started looking for alternatives. They moved their master bedroom to the attic, and now, they can't take it anymore. Realtor David and designer Hilary come to help. David searches for the family a home with enough bedrooms for everyone, while Hilary works to open up space within their house. When all the work is done, Eric and Kim will have to choose what to do with their home. Will they Love It Or List It?

3. Bachelor Pad to Family Home

Rod and Jennifer got married and quickly started having kids. With three kids in just over three years, they didn't have time to change the bachelor's house into a family home. Realtor David and designer Hilary are ready to help the family find function and style. David will search for houses that will fit everyone. Hilary will transform the house to find purpose in the home. In the end, Rod and Jennifer will have to decide what to do. Will they love their revamped bachelor pad, or if they'll list it.

4. Oversized or Downsized

Rob and Kim decided they were ready to start a family, and they needed a bigger house to do so. When life didn't go according to plan, they found themselves living in an oversized home, with only hopes of filling it with family. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help the couple find a home that fits their lives now. Hilary and her team will revamp the house, making it once again feel like home. David will search for downsized homes that will convince the couple to move. In the end, Rob and Kim will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or will they List It?

5. Feng Shui Family

Andy and Helen searched through hundreds of houses to find a feng shui, mother-in-law approved home. They have lived in their house for 15 years. But, now it doesn't fit their family with three growing boys. Designer Hilary and Realtor David arrive to help the family with their crammed home. Hilary will revamp the house to work for the family, while keeping it feng shui. David will search for larger feng shui homes with enough space and function for everyone. Once all the experts' work has been done, Andy and Helen will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they love their home again? Or will they list it?

6. One Family, Two Roofs

Andy and Parveen were recently married, but don't live under the same roof. Each of them has two children, but neither of them has enough bedrooms in their house to combine their families. Andy lives in a triplex where the third floor tenants recently moved, and he thinks it's the answer to their problem. Parveen doesn't feel the same way. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her crew will transform the triplex into a family home, while David will search for the perfect home for the enlarged family. 7. Standing Tall

Gerard, Laka and their son Adonai live in a small home. At 6 feet tall, Gerard realized he made a mistake when they moved in. The ceiling height and lack of space forces him to spend much of his time in the basement, where he can stand tall. But despite Gerard's issues with their home, Laka loves their house, but doesn't know if it will fit another child. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her crew will revamp the home to better fit Gerard, and function for their soon expanded family. David will search for homes with character, space and taller ceilings. 8. Picture Perfect House Problems

Chris and Stephanie bought what looks like the perfect home, but once inside problems are everywhere. After five years, and having a baby, they're not sure about the future of their house. 9. Vegan House
