We join Jo Guest and George Wright once again as they live it up Caribbean style on the tropical island of Jamaica. Jo Offers tips on pulling while George tries his luck at jet skiing. Our presenters also attend a beach party.

George attempts to master the trapeze at the local circus. Jo has a bounce around on the trampoline. Jo gives advice on what to do if your mate decides to bring a friend back to your bed! Later Jo gets into the bathtub with a very flexible lady.

In this episode, we look at an interesting wet t-shirt competition, and Jo struts her stuff with some reggae lessons. Plus there are more football tips from George and Jo takes a dip in the hot tub with the resort's keep fit instructor.

In this episode, Jo and George go on the ocean blue in search of a Booze Cruise and find themselves under the waterfalls. After all that booze Jo gives us the lowdown on how to survive a hangover. Back on the ship, Jo talks to a tourist from Bristol about her choice of holiday resort, while George goes under the sea snorkelling!

In this episode, Jo and George play tennis and then move on to some harder balls and play snooker. Jo shares with us her tips on what to do when the weather is bad. Later we watch some of the activities the complex offers.
