The da Gama Brothers - Season 1

1. China

Aired: 7/1/2009

The brothers arrive at a hotel in China along with their domineering mother, who won't let them enjoy the hotel's breakfast buffet. When she is forced to leave unexpectedly, she expects the trio to continue their journey across the country and not disgrace their lineage at the Great Wall.

2. Morocco

The brothers arrive in Morocco and are forced to go out and visit their Aunt Azoual. After their pants get torn and the clothes they sent for laundry are returned shrunk, will they make it to their aunt’s house?

3. Russia

The brothers arrive in Russia. Mirmir, the youngest brother, unpacks their suitcases and listens to Lati, who explains the Communist theory and the leaders of the nation. After Mirmir realizes there is no equality between him and his brothers, he decides to go on strike.

4. United States

Before they head out to the Empire State Building, Mirmir asks Marku to fix the fan. Marku receives an electric shock from a hidden power outlet that gives him powers. Where will this lead? And is it actually worth having powers like a superhero?

5. United Kingdom

Mirmir identifies the Queen of the United Kingdom as his grandmother's best friend, Haviva. The brothers bet against him, claiming that Haviva has no connection to Queen Elizabeth. Who will win the bet? What exactly is the bet about?

6. Ethiopia

The trio's television breaks down, and they call the hotel technician to fix it. When the technician enters, they realize he is actually the former IDF Chief of Staff, Effi Eitam. How did he get to Ethiopia? Why doesn't he admit he was the Chief of Staff, and what is his connection to their mother?

7. Japan

Mirmir and Marku watch a sumo wrestling match and see an advertisement promising a million Yen to anyone who can defeat Takamasha. Marku decides that Mirmir can stand up to the mission.

8. India

Mirmir enters the room with a giant straw basket. Asi is sure that Mirmir finally brought the Indian chapati bread, but Mirmir actually brought a flute and inside the basket... a cobra snake. The snake escapes, and the brothers won't come down from the bed out of sheer terror.

9. France

Asi is sick, Marku falls in love, and Mirmir finds a French crepe stand. Will Marku stay at the hotel with the love of his life and abandon his brothers, or not?

10. Egypt

With the help of an ancient Egyptian map from Grandma Haviva's safe, the brothers decide to set out for Egyptian antiquities to find the Treasure Ring.

11. Brazil

The brothers are welcomed in Brazil with hysteria... especially little Mirmir, who is swarmed by female fans. It turns out that Mirmir looks exactly like the Brazilian star Paulo Nascimento.

12. Australia

Aired: 7/16/2009

The brothers enter their room in Australia and discover that... there is no television in the room. This discovery drives them out of their minds. Will they ever leave the room and see the sights of Australia?
