Right-wing terrorism is spreading in Europe. In Germany and France, several attacks have been carried out by radicalized individuals who dream of "race war" and the fight against the "Great Replacement." While right-wing extremist violence is not new, the fact that the perpetrators are drawn from increasingly diverse segments of the population is alarming.
Relatively unnoticed, European and American supporters of "white supremacy" are exchanging ideas glorifying violence online and on social media. The emerging transnational "pan-Aryan" ideology is based on shared references and the veneration of far-right mass murderers, some even considered "saints."
