Aydan is a talented but repressed hairdresser who has lived in the shadow of her husband, Tarık, for years. Her life is turned upside down when she learns that Tarık has an illegitimate daughter. Tormented by guilt, Aydan reaches out to Çido, Tarık's daughter who grew up in an orphanage, while simultaneously trying to build a new life for herself. At a yacht party where she's invited to work as a hairdresser, she meets the mysterious businessman Emir. Unbeknownst to her, Aydan, along with her best friend Çido and her manicurist friend Fiko, has stepped into a dangerous and irreversible world.

Aydan, who sets out to make up for Emir's missing money, receives another unexpected blow from Tarık. Now, Aydan has no choice but to run the luxury hair salon with Çido and pay off her debts. With the support of her old friend Fiko and Zeynep, the salon opens with great enthusiasm. On the surface, things are going well, but a dark secret lies beneath this glittering beginning. Aydan is eager to pay off her debts and leave, but Emir, impressed by her hard work and her protection of Çido from the police, has much bigger plans for Aydan.

As Aydan and Çido embark on a mysterious and perilous journey, the hair salon becomes the new headquarters of Emir's underground empire. Aydan tries to protect her friends and her daughter Sezen from this dark world, while also taking complete control by having the final say against Tarık. The "Hanımeli Hair Salon" era for Aydan and Çido is about to begin with a grand opening, but the news brought by Commissioner Efe casts a shadow over everything.

Hanımeli Hair Salon finally opens with its new look, but things don't go as well as expected. A mysterious person who follows Emir and comes to the shop at night is about to learn all the secrets.

Aydan, Çido, and Fiko are drawn into Pelin's scheme, and the money in the warehouse faces serious danger. Emir's ultimatum causes great tension between Aydan and Fiko. Just as everyone is getting closer to figuring out the identity of the mysterious boss, an unexpected development occurs that upsets everything.

As the ice between Aydan and Emir begins to melt, her brother is released from prison and immediately puts his plan into action which is shooting Emir. The attack deepens the bond between Aydan and Emir. When Efe learns that Emir is going to be executed, he heads to the hotel with an unexpected plan. There, Okan witnesses the love between Aydan and Emir and finds himself torn over whether to tell Efe the truth. Meanwhile, tensions between Hayriye and Çido continue to escalate at the hair salon. Yasemin’s uncontrolled anger brings a long-hidden secret about the accident to light. As Çido, in pain, sets out to seek refuge with Efe, Efe is already tracing the truths she has been hiding. And as Aydan tries to reach Çido, she is confronted at her door by her brother, facing a much heavier reckoning than she expected.

Aydan, while trying to keep her brother away from Sezen, unknowingly brings him even closer by taking him to the hotel. Emir, unaware of Eralp’s other identity, continues tracking him, while Eralp pursues the major secret Aydan has been hiding from him. Between Efe and Çido’s love, a harsh confrontation unfolds over lies and secrets. The truths Efe uncovers force Çido to return to her partners, triggering the countdown for ÇAF. A major plan, led by Emir, is set to exit the criminal world, but during its execution, Hayriye discovers a hidden secret in the warehouse. Police arriving at Hanımeli introduce an unexpected new threat. Eralp is shaken by the revelation that Sezen is his own daughter, sparking an irreversible fracture. Meanwhile, Çido and Efe are severely attacked in the cabin, coming face-to-face with death as they become the target of gunfire.

At Hanımeli, the team fends off the police raid, successfully completing their final mission. At the hotel, the danger intensifies as Eralp takes the team hostage and seizes control. A shocking confrontation erupts between Aydan and her brother. Under Aydan’s leadership, Emir, Efe, and Eralp unite on a single front against Boris. Emir sacrifices his own freedom to save his loved ones and start anew. Aydan takes command of the team, growing their operations and bringing her own projects to life. A new era begins for ÇAF, both in love and work.
