In the first heat Claire Richards, Sean Wilson and Kaye Adams cook for the judges and paying customers at One O One, and in the second heat Vicki Michelle, Chris Parker and Louis Emerick cook at The Criterion. Only two of the contestants will progress to the quarter-final.

3. Quarterfinal one

It is the quarter final stage and the four winning celebrity chefs from this week's heats battle it out for two of the semi-final places.

4. Knockout rounds three

Aired: 7/9/2008

In the first heat Linda Robson, Denise Lewis and Mark Moraghan cook for the judges and paying restaurant customers at the Gallery Restaurant situated in Fortnum and Mason. In the second heat Michael Buerk, Julia Bradbury and Liz McClarnon cook at the Larder in the Hilton Hotel. Who will make it through to the quarter-final?

5. Knockout rounds four

Andi Peters, DJ Spoony and Noel Whelan cook for the judges and paying restaurant customers at Belgo in the first heat. In the second, Debra Stephenson, Josie d'Arby and Andrew Castle cook at the National Dining Rooms.

6. Quarterfinal two

The four winning celebrity chefs from this week's heats battle it out for a place in the semi-final.

7. Semifinal day one

Aired: 7/16/2008

In the first of the semi-finals, the four best celebrity cooks cater en masse for 600 brickies.

8. Semifinal day two

Aired: 7/17/2008

It's the second day of the semi finals and the four best celebrity cooks cater for a dinner party at the prestigious Penshurst Place home, to Lord and Lady de L'Isle.

9. Semifinal day three

Aired: 7/18/2008

The four semi finalists have to cook a two-course meal for three of the country's most respected restaurant critics, Charles Campion, Kate Spicer and Jay Rayner. Tensions and emotions run high as one of the contestants is sent home.

10. Final day one

Aired: 7/23/2008

The three finalists are faced with their toughest challenge yet as they cook breakfast for a group of Officer Cadets from Sandhurst, fresh from a 10-day field training exercise. Later they are sent to some of London's best restaurants to fine tune their cooking styles.

11. Final day two

Aired: 7/24/2008

The three finalists are flown 6,000 miles to cook in the intense heat of the Mozambique border. Then they return to the kitchen for their final challenge as they prepare a three-course meal for some of the country's most accomplished chefs, including Michel Roux J, at the two Michelin star Petrus restaurant.

12. Series 3, Episode 12

It is the grand final and the finalists have to cook their best three-course meal for one final judgement in which the winner will be crowned Celebrity Masterchef champion.
