Former seaman Jim introduces the group to some exotic foodstuff, including an ingredient that can be poisonous if not correctly cooked. However, a relaxed evening is once again disrupted by Annette, this time arguing with Jane.

Postman Charlie hosts the fourth night in Cardiff, and introduces the group to his love of organic food. Although Annette arrives in a bad mood and there's initially an atmosphere, for once an evening manages to go smoothly.
