Philosophy-loving Kwame Fosu sees his recently arrived Ghanaian family acclimatise to the city's hostile winter, while trainees from Tajikistan and Bangladesh struggle to pass the exam that will enable them to work as licensed drivers. Meanwhile, an Indian driver is using his modest wage to fund a girls' school in his home village.
