Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find them a home where they can finally settle down. But first she has to temper their high-end expectations. Avi and Jessica know exactly what they're looking for but finding a renovated home with vintage appeal proves challenging. When faced with a possible bidding war, Egypt warns they'll only get one chance to nab the home of their dreams.
