Another gang has decided to terrorize the people of Yokohama. Ryuji steps in to stop them again, but this time, it's personal!
A small business owner hires a group for a contracting job, however, it turns out that group is the Yakuza! Ryuji decides to come the rescue of both the owner and his daughter.
A dirty politician teams up with the Yakuza and causes trouble for the local inhabitants.
