Surprise! Vonny's mum Cynthia shows up for one of her occasional visits and that means Vonny has to deal with more baggage than Heathrow airport. Moira and Vincent join them for a slap-up lunch featuring barbed put-downs. Meanwhile, Henry and Jason attempt to spend some quality time together - but it soon leads to carnage on the five-a-side football pitch.

Darren is stressed about becoming a new Dad so Henry suggests a relaxing fishing trip. But his profound thoughts on fatherhood soon drive his brother Vincent up the pole. Meanwhile a re-energised Vonny throws herself into her dance school. Colette and Laura help out when it comes to pulling shapes and sewing sequins.

It's Christmas - and Vonny's 40th birthday. So the Scotts all pile into a country house for a festive party. Vincent is hiding something from his wife, Jason and Eilidh are sharing a bunk, Moira's in a mood, Laura's making the dinner, Ronnie's doing the roast, Henry's keeping the peace, Colette's nearly due and Darren's freaking out. All the ingredients are in place for an unforgettable family get-together at the most magical time of the year!
