1. Episode 1

Sun Ma Chai witnesses, a robbery while he is taking his driving test for traffic warden. He helps Siu Fei Hop to catch the robber. As Sun Ma Chai passed the test, he is sent to Kowloon Headquarters and he is assigned to work in Sir Choi’s unit. Siu Fei Hop, Tai Sze Hing, Chu Chai Chain and gan Ken Thai are his colleagues. Sun Ma Chai carries out patrol with Ngan Ken Shai. In order to get promotion, Ngan Ken Shai sends out tickets relentlessly and he pays no attention to the actual situation. When he is charging Cheung Kam Fai, he quarrels with Tze Wai. Sun Ma Chai acts as the mediator and personally, he does not appreciate Ngan Ken Shai's attitude. Tze Wai criticizes Ngan Ken Shai's misbehavior in the newspaper. Ngan Ken Shai is blamed by Sir Choi. Ngan Ken Shai is displeased as Sun Ma Chai has refused to speak for him. While Kam Fai is on the way to pick Tze Wai up, he is robbed by a strange man……

Chan Lung Fu has committed crimes in Taiwan and he sneaks back to Hong Kong. He earns his living by illegal car racing while his girl friend Pinky is always on his car during the race. They lead a life as fugitives. At the blockade set for police inspection, Sun Ma Chai meets Pinky again. Years ago; Sun-Ma Chai arrested Pinky and sent her mother to home for aged people. Pinky has a good will towards Sun Ma Chai. Lung Fu competes with Happy Boy and it leads to an accident. Happy Boy's car falls down from the cliff and he dies. Sun Ma Chai chases after Fu's car and the police make use of Sze Wai’s car to block Fu's car. Lung Fu jumps out of his car and flees away. Pinky sustains serious injury Sun Ma Chai persuades Pinky t-o tell-t-he truth but Pinky rejects him. Tze Wai helps Sun Ma Chai to persuade Pinky but her attempt is futile……

3. Episode 3

Rocky drives Chau Ying Ki’s coupe at high speed and he does not stop at the traffic light. He knocks down Aunt Ming and Ming Chai who are crossing the road. Uncle Wong, who sells newspaper, witnesses the whole incident. However, he refuses to tell the truth when Sun Ma Chai asks him the details of the accident. Tze Wai cannot let Aunt Ming and Ming Chai suffer innocently. Thus, she helps Sun Ma Chai to question Uncle Wong. Finally, they find that the coupe is owned by Chau Ying Ki. Sun Ma Chai rushes to Chau’s villa to investigate the case. However, Ying Ki has hidden all the evidence in advance. Sun Ma Chai’s investigation is in vain. Aunt Ming finally dies. Her mother is in anguish and she goes to ask Ying Ki for compensation. Tze Wai follows her and calms her down,. Ying Ki is attracted by Tze Wai’s beauty. Ying Ki courts with-Tze Wai but she refuses him. Later, she wants to get close to him in order to investigate the case……

As Kam Fai wants to buy a taxi within the shortest time, he always takes the risk of violating traffic ordinance to pick passengers. Thus, he is, charged by Ngan Ken Shai. Kam Fai is discontented with Ngan Ken Shai and he vents his anger on Sun Ma Chai. Sun Ma Chai is torn in between them. Once, Kam Fai suffers from diarrhea and he parks his car beyond the parking area. Ngan Ken Shai gives him a ticket. Kam Fai is angry and he makes a complaint to the police department concerned. Ngan Ken Shai is blamed by Sir Choi. Kam Fai is convinced by Tze Wai and he decides to follow the traffic ordinance when he is driving. However, he is still charged by Ngan Ken Shai because he dressed himself indecently. Kam Fai can hardly stand it and he goes together with his colleagues to go strike and make protest outside the police station...

While Siu Fei Hop is patrolling, he meets Angel, a charming girl who drives a beautiful red coupe, from time to time. Angel's character is open and carefree. Siu Fei Hop is attracted. On Sun Ma Chai’s birthday, they go to a karaoke to have celebration. Siu Fei Hop meets Angel by chance there. They become friends and start dating. Sometimes, Angel's attitude towards Siu Fei Hop is passionate but sometimes, she is indifferent. Siu Fei Hop finds it difficult to deal with her. He asks Angel for the reason and her explanation is that her behavior is caused 'by the lack of her father's love. Siu Fei Hop sympathizes her and he takes good care of her. As a result, they have sexual relationship In fact, Anger- is -the mistress of rich- merchant Ben. She dates with Siu Fei Hop as a means to relax herself. However, Siu Fei Hop is serious and he wants to get married with Angel……

When Tai Sze Hing is chasing after a truck which is involved in smuggling diesel, he has conflict with Kam Fai. Kam Fai makes a complaint. The case is handled by Jacky. When Tai Sze Hing meets Jacky, he is attracted by Jacky’s fairy like appearance.He decides to court with her. Jacky lives with her elder brother, Ah Man. Ah Man are a truck driver. In order to earn more money, he always smuggles diesel into Hong Kong and sells it to the taxi-driver. One of Kam Fai’s counter-parts uses the smuggled diesel and he saves a lot of money. When Kam Fai learns that, he wants to have a try, too. Jacky invites Tai Sze Hing to go to her home. Ah Man suspects that he is trying to get evidence from him. The gathering ends in misunderstanding and anguish. Kam Fai is arrested as he is found to use smuggled diesel. Sun Ma Chai handles the whole case strictly. Ah Man smuggles diesel into Hong Kong again. Tai Sze Hing finds him and chases after him……

Ah Bo spends all day with his father, a mini-bus driver. Since Bo’s father always receives tickets from the traffic wardens, Ah Bo has hatred towards all traffic wardens. Their neighbor, Tze Wai, thinks it is not good for Ah So to go with his father every day. She suggests that Ah So should go to a workshop designed for mentally disabled people. However, So's father turns down her proposal. While Ah So is accompanying his father to work, he meets a group of gangsters and he is beaten. At that time, Sun Ma Chai sees him and gives him a helping hand. From then on, Ah So has changed his perception towards the police. Ah Bo hopes to work as a traffic warden.

Siu Fei Hop meets his former superintendent that since his official rank has been taken janitor who earns his living by parking cars. Siu Fei Hop wants to talk to him, but Ting Yeh is indifferent that his indifferent attitude should misunderstanding. He decides to reveal the Ting yeh. He knows away, he works as a Siu Fei Hop wants Siu Fei Hop thinks be caused by whole incident to him. One day, Siu Fei Hop finds that Ting Yeh is beaten by a group of gangsters. Siu Fei Hop fears that Ting Yeh would be involved in illegal practice. Thus, he persuades Ting Yeh to change his job. Ting Yeh just ignores him. Ting Yeh follows Uncle Tat who is a former 'Big Brother' of triad. Uncle Tat has made a new start but he is always disturbed by Ah Wing. Ting Yeh cannot stand his bully; he calls some men to beat Ah Wing. Ah Wing kidnaps Ting Yeh’s daughter, Ah See. Siu Fei Hop witnesses it and he duly saves Ah See……

9. Episode 9

Ah Luk is driving over-speed and he-.is stopped and charged by Ngan Ken Shai. As Ah Luk has forgotten to bring his identity card, he has to go to the police station. Ah Luk starts a quarrel with Ngan Ken Shai. Luckily, Chu Chai Chain-stops them. Ah Luk works as a stunt-man in a film. He meets May, his friend in childhood, there. Ah Luk's stunt shot is perfect and Annie admires him. She takes the initiative to get close to Ah Luk. Ah Luk also has good feeling towards Annie, therefore, he urges May to help him court with Annie. At that time, May has already had a sense of love Tawards Ah Luk. Thus, She has to hide her passion in heart. Annie just flirts with Ah Luk and her attitude is always changing. In order to cheer Annie up, Ah Luk promises to act a stunt with great difficulty. However, he cannot concentrate and it leads to an accident. May also sustains serious injury as she tries to save Ah Luk……

10. Episode 10

Illegal car racing has become more and more frequent. The police pay special attention to that. Sir Choi suspects that Yiu Wai Sang, the boss of a motor car company, is the de facto director of the races. He sends Siu Fei Hop to get close to him in order to investigate the case. As Siu Fei Hop is a skilful driver, he wins the champion in an illegal car race. Thus, Wai Sang admires his skill and invites him to join his racing team. There is a skilled worker called Joe in Wai Sang's company and his driving skill is also outstanding. Wai Sang always urges him to participate in--car races. However, Joe is a man of integrity and he refuses to help Wai Sang. Joe's girl friend Tina makes Joe shoulder a large sum of medical fees out of her vanity. Siu Fei Hop lends him a helping hand and they become good friends. Siu Fei Hop suspects that Wai Sang smuggles parts of motor car. Thus, he sets a plot to catch him……

11. Episode 11

Chu Chai Chain has hurt his leg. Sir Choi recognizes that he is no longer a young man, therefore, he suggests that Chu Chai Chain should be transferred to do some clerical work. However, he strongly opposes this proposal. Chu Chai Chain is on sick leave. As he has nothing to do at home, he shortens his leave. In order to avoid being transferred to clerical work, he changes his style and sends out tickets frequently. He hopes that he can deal with a big case before his retirement. Kam Fai knows Chu Chai Chain's psychology; he gives him a helping hand. He asks his friends to let Chu Chai Chain charge them. Chu Chai Chain is moved. Chu Chai Chain has to take a retest. He worries that if he fails, he has to take a clerical job. Thus, he uses the pretext that his leg is injured in order to postpone the date. Chu Chai Chain goes to a supermarket to buy anti-rheumatic oil for King Ku. At the same time, the supermarket is robbed……

12. Episode 12

How Much does Glory Cost? Sir Choi is on his annual leave; his work is taken up by Siu Fei Hop's former superintendent, Sir Lee. Sir Lee is so strict that Tai Sze Hing respects him with scare. As Sir Lee is going to migrate to Canada, his mother urges him to leave a sum of money for her. However, Sir Lee's personal finance is controlled by his wife Grace, who has migrated to Canada already. Thus, he cannot fulfill his mother's need and it leads to quarrel with his mother. Siu Fei Hop acts as the mediator. Grace returns to Hong Kong suddenly,. Sir Lee is surprised but later, he finds that Grace is indifferent and he is mazed. Grace proposes separation and Sir Lee asks her to stay with him. Grace rejects him. Lee becomes frustrated. At that time, Lee's mother suffers a great loss in speculation and she owes a large amount of money. She asks Sir Lee to pay the debt for her but he has already spent all his savings. He is in trouble……

13. Episode 13

Aired: 10/23/1991

Chau Ying Ki drives his car at high speed and it causes a collision with a school bus. Some children are seriously injured. Sun Ma Chai tries to arrest Ying Ki but he bribes one of his subordinates-to admit the guilt on behalf of him. Sun Ma Chai is angry. Ying Ki courts with Tze Wai but Tze Wai rejects him. When Sun Chai knows that, he looks upon Ying Ki as his irreconcilable enemy. One day, when Sun Ma Chai is patrolling, he finds that Chau Ying Ki’s car exceeds the speed limit. They have conflicts and Sun Ma Chai pushes Ying Ki and he falls down. Ying Ki makes use of his injury to sue Sun Ma Chai for he has abused his power to use force. Sun Ma Chai suffers suspension from office. In order to make Tze Wai his mistress, Ying Ki orders Sze Yeh Kau to abduct Tze Wai and take photographs when she is nude. Luckily, Sun Ma Chai and Kam Fai duly save her. Sze Yeh Kau has to flee away and he blackmails Ying Ki……
