Avery Konrad

Avery Konrad (born December 28, 1994, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian film and television actress. She is best known for her leading role as Sara Myers in the mystery-horror series FROM (since 2022). Konrad began her acting career at a young age and received comprehensive training at the Vancouver Film School. She describes her first monologue performances as formative experiences that ignited her passion for acting. Avery Konrad is openly lesbian. She is friends with her fellow actress Chloe Van Landschoot, with whom she has collaborated on projects including FROM and the short film Tidal.
