Jonathan Huisman

Jonathan studied at the MBO theatre school in Rotterdam and then successfully completed his training as an actor at the Theatre Academy in Maastricht. He is an enthusiastic and passionate player. In the summer of 2018 he was seen in the series 'I Know Who You Are' (Hanro Smitsman) and Lois (Lourens Blok). In 2019 he appeared in the series 'Morten', had a supporting role in the BBC series “Killing Eve” and was seen in 1 episode in the series Drunk History (episode: Vincent van Gogh). In the fall of 2019, Jonathan was seen in the role of Berry in the Centraal 'Teef' (Jamille van Wijngaarden, Kepler Film). Teef was selected for the Golden Calf competition of the Netherlands Film Festival. In January 2020, the first Dutch Netflix series 'Ares' was released, featuring Jonathan alongside Jade Olieberg and Hans Kesting, among others. Later that year he could be seen in the series developed for 3Lab, Awkward Turtle (Wolfstreet) and the winning series Sas has an STD and you saw him in Koppensnellers (NL Film). Jonathan appeared in the telefilm 'Het Bestand', the film 'Kappen' and the series 'Penoza' and 'Moordvrouw'.
